T's & C's

A few finer details and policies to be aware of.

Osteopathy Swansea

Lateness

lf you are more than 15 minutes late and have not gotten in touch to say you are on your way, your appointment will be automatically cancelled, deposit surrendered, and the remaining balance of the appointment  charged via a payment link.

If you are running late and let us know you still wish to attend, we will do as much as we can with the time remaining. However, your appointment will be shortened and the full payment required.

2

Deposit & Cancelation Policy

Please note your deposit is not refundable, or transferable to another appointment, within 5 days of the appointment. This applies to extenuating circumstances. Our small business will make allowances where possible.

If your cancelation has occurred outside of 5 days, your deposit will exist as credit ready to be applied to your next appointment. If you would like this applied as a deposit to another appointment or refunded, please get in touch as this will not happen automatically due to technology limitations.

Please note requests for deposits to be refunded must be made no later than 48 hours after the appointment it was assigned to; after that your deposit will exist as credit only that will expire 6 months after the date of transaction.

If you cancel within 24 hours or fail to attend on the day your deposit will be surrendered and a payment link will be sent for the remaining balance of the appointment.

Appointment Time

Your allocated appointment time includes consultation, paperwork, as well as hands-on therapy and exercise advise. Although we aim to maximize your physical treatment time, we value your safety and must include these in your allocated time slot.

4

Inappropriate Behaviour or Abuse

We reserve the right to refuse service at anytime due to inappropriate behaviour.

5

Complaints

We take your satisfaction and safety extremely seriously and welcome all feedback. If you have any concerns please come directly to your practitioner or Brogan to express your concerns. If appropriate we can advise you on how to take further steps to formally complain.
