lf you are more than 15 minutes late and have not gotten in touch to say you are on your way, your appointment will be automatically cancelled and deposit surrendered.

If you are running late and let us know you still wish to attend, we will do as much as we can with the time remaining. However, your appointment will be shortened and the full payment required. 

Please note your deposit is not refundable, or transferable to another appointment, within 7 days of the appointment. This applies to extenuating circumstances. Our small business will make allowances where possible.

If your cancelation has occurred outside of 7 days, it exists as credit ready to be applied to your next appointment balance. If you would like this refunded to you or applied as a deposit, please get in touch as this will not happen automatically due to technological limitations. 

Your allocated appointment time includes consultation, paperwork, as well as hands-on therapy and exercise advise. Although we aim to maximize your physical treatment time, we value your safety and must include these in your allocated time slot.

We reserve the right to refuse service at anytime due to inappropriate behaviour. 

We take your satisfaction and safety extremely seriously and welcome all feedback. If you have any concerns please come directly to your practitioner or Brogan to express your concerns and if appropriate further steps to formally complain.
