Brogan Attlay Osteopath Pregnancy and Post-Natal Therapist Reccomended Swansea

Meet our Osteopath

Brogan achieved her Master's in Osteopathy at Swansea University with First-Class Honours. Her qualifications in sports massage, pregnancy massage, kinesiology taping, and advanced dry needling have shaped her experience in manual therapy since 2018. Particularly passionate about maternal health, Brogan has been working with new mothers since 2019 to eliminate pain and support their overall well-being. She aspires to attain further qualifications in paediatric osteopathy to better support little ones throughout their early lives as well. Brogan supports patients with a broad range of conditions including muscle aches, headaches, and managing chronic pain. She tailors each treatment to her patients’ needs using a variety of osteopathic techniques. As a qualified yoga teacher, Brogan also employs her understanding of breathwork, movement, and strengthening to support her patients. In her free time, she enjoys reading and getting outside with her partner and their French bulldog, Wilfred!

Meet our
Soft-Tissue Therapist

Nishka is a third-year osteopathy student at Swansea University and a qualified soft tissue therapist. Originally from Edinburgh, she has strong focus on patient comfort, relaxation, and individualised care.
Her passion for osteopathy was sparked at a young age. As a gymnast and teenager undergoing complex orthodontic treatment, Nishka experienced persistent discomfort. It was through massage therapy that she found meaningful relief — a turning point that inspired her to pursue a career dedicated to helping others feel better in their own bodies.
Nishka has a growing interest in maternal health and is particularly drawn to supporting women through pregnancy. She is committed to deepening her understanding of the physical, biological, and emotional changes that occur during this time, and hopes to continue specialising in this area after qualifying.
With a background rooted in both experience and ongoing study, Nishka’s gentle and safe approach aims to offer grounded, holistic care that supports long-term wellbeing.
